“Some shoe heels are too high and you’re afraid of falling? As playwriter Neil Simon says: ‘If no one ever took risks, Michaelangelo would have painted the Sistine floor.’” – Fragmentarius
Fewer and fewer women wear high heels these days – which is… “sad” to put it mildly, and a disgrace to be straightforward. Even worse, the amount of women and girls stating that, “they can’t even walk in high heels” increases constantly, despite the multitude of benefits and advantages wearing high heels provides. Of course, this is a pathetic display of femininity these days and an evidence of incapacity modern females showcase. But wait… maybe it has nothing to do with “not wanting” to wear high heels – maybe women who state that “they can’t even walk in high heels” are just being honest – and really just can’t do it – because they never learned it. And it absolutely IS about learning! Girls who are frustrated, because they got the impression, that they “are just not made for high heels” or that they lack the needed predisposition can be relieved: It is just a matter of learning, training and practicing! Of course, some females have more talent – and some less, but in the end, this doesn’t make a huge difference and every girl is absolutely able to learn walking gracefully, elegantly, feminine and sexy in high heels without too much pain or inconvenience – like every bimbo should. I am sorry for all my female readers who will find todays lesson article, the next part of the PBA high heels series boring, because they already mastered walking in high heels and simply don’t need this basic guide, but maybe you too can learn at least something from this, and be it only some minor tricks to make walking a little easier. So, without further ado, we dive into a topic that is much needed (looking at the state of femininity and females in the modern, western world) and for which I have been asked multiple times: How to learn to walk in high heels – The PBA manual for the very fist steps and the basic techniques!
Why are we doing this? Well, we already spoke about the multiple benefits high heels provide for bimbos – but we also know the very basic rules for bimbos, so it should be obvious why every trainee has to go through this: A bimbo ALWAYS wears high heels! All the time! Always! Every bimbo! YES! To make this possible, we are now having a look at the basic preparations, the first training sessions and the first techniques you have to learn:
First thing’s first – let me give you a safety briefing: It is always a good idea to let a specialist check you through before you begin your training. Visit an orthopedist and a general practitioner. Tell them about your plans regarding learning to walk in high heels and your idea about wearing shoes like that regularly. The orthopedist will examine your feet and your posture – as well as the general practitioner. The orthopedist can give you exact and detailed information about your feet, if you need special insoles, if you have some sort of minor deformities and what type of shoes you should wear. The general practitioner can evaluate if you have certain back-misalignments and if further treatments with a chiropractor are needed, or if you can support your back, your neck, your legs and your posture with special training, like yoga or physical therapy. This sounds like huge inconveniences, especially if you are not suffering from problems or pain right now – but trust me, not only does following these advice make it MUCH easier to learn walking in high heels, it also makes it more comfortable and MUCH easier in the long run, when you proceed with wearing high heels more often and for longer times. In addition, you will feel more awake, well-rested, healthier and more energetic!
Next you should start looking for your first training high heels (Be advised: These are NOT bimbo suitable default shoes! These are for your basic high heels training and should NEVER be worn in other circumstances! Have a look at the respective paper for bimbo suitable shoes and heel heights!)! This is an important and very exciting step! The exact design of the training high heels can be found on page one of the papers above, but generally speaking, you should look out for basic pumps, with a heel height of 5 – 7 cm. In theory, the best heel type is the Continental heel, because it is VERY bimbo suitable and also prepares you for future bimbo suitable shoes. However, like I always tell you: Safety first! If you feel not safe on 7 cm Continental heels – go lower and/or change the type of heel! It is absolutely vital, that you feel safe, secured and comfortable in your training heels – no matter how they look! So – only go for heel types and heights YOU are comfortable with to practice on! There is NO use in slipping, falling and injuring yourself! You can always go higher, when you progress with your training and increase your skill in the future! Start low! Furthermore, look for shoes with a round toe-box! Your toes should have enough room without being constricted! This will prevent injuries and pain during your training sessions! Ankle straps are perfect to give you additional support and make it easier to walk – so go for these. By now, you should have recognized, that many aspects deal with “how you are feeling” in the shoes you are interested in. This makes one thing clear: DO NOT SHOP ONLINE! Sure, advanced bimbos, who already mastered the art of wearing high heels absolutely CAN shop online, but especially for your first training high heels, this would be a VERY bad idea! Go to a local shoe store and look at the possibilities in person! There are multiple reasons for this: 1. You want to talk to the staff over there about your plans. The professionals in the store will measure and size your feet, which is absolutely CRUCIAL! It is absolutely VITAL to know the EXACT size of your feet, because wearing shoes that are even half a size off can result in a painful experience that ruins all the fun! With the information from the orthopedist – and the specialists of the store, you will know exactly what type of shoe you need. Some of them come in standard widths – but maybe you have narrow or wider feet that need special designs. Usually, there are always different types for everyone, but even if the examination of your feet reveals that you need special shoes that are not in stock – with these information, you can visit a shoemaker, who is able to stretch and customize the shoes according to your needs. 2. TRY THEM ON! Not one pair – but many! It is absolutely vital to find shoes YOU are comfortable with! You can only discover if you selected the correct pair, if you are wearing them! Make a selection of different pairs in the store – and take your time to try them on. Wear them for at least 2 minutes each! Go around the store and try to evaluate if there are problems. Only choose a pair you don’t have any trouble with! 3. You can make sure if the heel height is right for you with a simple trick: Step in the shoes and lift your feet, standing on your toes and the balls of your feet. If you are able to lift your feet at least one inch up – the heel height is not too high for you! 4. You can buy additional equipment there! Ask the staff for gel insoles, sole protection pads with dedicated profile or a rough surface, rubber heel tips with profile and anything else that will make training less painful and easier! These people are there to help you! If you can not buy these things there – visit a shoemaker! Lastly: Choose high-quality brands and materials! Yes – there are MANY FANTASTIC and also cheap high heels out there – many fun bed-shoes, girly, glittering high heels that are super cheap – but your training heels are nothing you want to skimp on! Advanced bimbos are absolutely able to wear cheap shoes for a whole party night – but you are at the beginning of your journey and you want to learn the basics – so, choose the right tools for that! Yes – this most likely will be more expensive, but as I said, this is nothing you want to skimp on! Trust me!
When you are about to start your training, you still have to prepare some things: First, make your training heels ready. This means you have to break them in, for which there are some tricks: Fill a small plastic bag halfway with water and put it in the shoe. Place the shoes in the freezer and wait for the water to freeze, which will lead to expansion. After that the shoes should be wider. In addition, you can carefully bend and twist them a little, to make them less stiff. Further preparations are: Equip your training heels with the rubber heel tips (or let the shoemaker do that), gel pads and/or insoles. Roughen the sole with sandpaper or attach rough sole protection pads to increase the grip. Next you will have to prepare your training area: Make sure the room or hallway you will practice in provides enough space and is well lit. Remove all obstacles and dangerous objects and make sure you can’t injure yourself. Place a carpet or rug on the floor, that covers the complete training area. NEVER practice on hard, polished or slippery surfaces! You want a rough ground to walk on! Make sure the carpet doesn’t slide or slip. If necessary, use double-sided adhesive tape to fix it in place. Place a straight, very visible line on the ground to walk on with colored adhesive tape. A huge mirror on one end of the training area to supervise your own training is a huge plus. NOW…. your training can start….
You can find the exact description of “how to walk in high heels for beginners” in the papers above. Follow these instructions and make sure you are paying attention to all the details. However, the best strategy is, to first master sitting and standing in high heels. Put on your training high heels, every time you are at home and have nothing elaborate to do. Every time you are not walking around, try to wear your training shoes: If you are sitting in front of the computer, if you are watching a movie, if you are relaxing… and of course – if you are having sex! This is not only fun – it makes you more familiar with wearing high heels all the time, it helps you to break in your shoes and it prepares you for further training. Once you are comfortable with this – have a look at the PBA papers about sitting and standing in high heels. Practice this often and regularly! Once you mastered these techniques you can start with walking. Follow the instructions above and try to do this daily, but always stop immediately when your feet begin to hurt! Again, start small: Begin to practice in increasing intervals of time! First, to begin with, just practice for 10 minutes. Then for 30 minutes, then for 1 hour, then for 2 hours! Always stop when you start to feel pain, and make sure to stretch and relax your feet before and after EVERY training session! Increase these training sessions and combine them with wearing your training heels at home once you mastered the basic walking techniques! In no time you will be able to spend the whole day at home in your training heels! That will be the time to progress even further: Think about buying higher heels and practice with those. Look at the PBA lessons about the default way of walking for bimbos – or even more advanced techniques like “the stripper kick“. Once you manage to walk on heels that are high enough to be called “bimbo suitable” – start to wear them outside. Again for short periods in the beginning, then for longer excursions. It is important to have fun and confidence to succeed, so make sure you admire yourself often – because, let’s be honest here… doesn’t it look way sexier than in flat shoes? Don’t you feel far more feminine wearing these shoes? Didn’t you get far more attention from everyone, especially males – and of course… far more compliments? Of course! Be proud of yourself! YOU did that! YOU learned that! YOU mastered that! YOU are being more feminine than ALL the other girls! This is absolutely a reason to be proud of yourself! With enough dedication and practice, you will be able to become a mistress of high heels and therefore… a true bimbo doll.
