And here we go again, another part of our series about the perfect bimbo tits, again, dealing with implants – not without a reason, with implants being one of the absolute most crucial parts of bimbofication. We already talked about the different main types of implants, saline and silicone, different other methods of enhancements and even natural options to increase the appeal of a bimbo tits (work out, nutrition, massages), but today we’re going to talk about some other aspects, details and even some parts, many of you propably don’t like to hear, especially with the recent news about bimbo rolemodel Dolly Fox in mind. So, let us get started:
Over the muscle under the muscle
Once you, as a bimbo or gimbo trainee, made the necessary decision to finaly get some big enhanced tits, you will also have to think about many different factors and you will have to make several other decisions, together with the surgeon you chose. About most of these other decisions we have already talked, like how big your implant should be (and if it can match the general rule regarding size), whether it should be silicone (shape? Hardness?), saline (expander? Overfilled?) or something else, what projection profile you want to have and if it should be a textured or smooth implant. Remember to talk with your surgeon about all these factors, and always listen to his expertise! He will be able to explain all those aspects in detail, with all the pros and cons! Another decision will be, how the implant is going to be accommodated, over the muscle or below your breast muscle. Before we talk about what that actually means, let me tell you, that most surgeons will advise you to have it under the muscle in 95% of the cases, if nothing speaks against that. In fact, many surgeons won’t even be willing to get it over the muscle, because of some problems that might occur with that kind of accommodation. No one breast implant placement is right for every patient. You will need to discuss your options in depth with your surgeon, so he can help you select the placement that will give you the desired results.
Over the muscle
This is not done by all surgeons and by far the less often used method of breast enhancement. The implant will be placed over the breast muscle, which is easier to do and requires less time, making the procedure far shorter. The implant lies directly underneath the upper tissue of your breast, with nothing supporting it, apart from said breast tissue, fat and skin. This might result in sagging over time and increases the risk of the implants bottoming out or sliding down out of place, as well as the risk of visible rippling of the implants. These are the reasons, why many surgeons prefer the “below the muscle”-procedure. But there are some benefits too – not only some general ones, but special bimbo benefits: The result will look much more defined, with a rounded look and more obvious cleavage, or even “bolted on” – something many girls and guys in the bimbo culture to prefer and like. Implants placed over the muscle will almost never look “natural”, something often very welcomed by bimbo dolls and bimbo lovers. In combination with a very high projection profile, overfilled, large implants or hardened silicone gel implants, the result would be that “rock hard, bolted on” appeal, so many people love. However, this look could also kinda be achieved, a little toned down, with very high profile implants under the muscle. A huge benefit of this placement is the possibility to get very large implants. Under the muscle placements often don’t allow implants with very, very high volumes. Another benefit is the comparatively short recovery time that is needed after the surgery, because the muscle isn’t injured. The injury of the muscle, happening compulsory when implants are placed under it, are one reason why “over the muscle placement” is performed on many female, extreme bodybuilders, who not only need their muscles to function perfectly, but are also happy with the more distinct shape of that placement.
Below the muscle
Arguably the standard method. The implant will be placed partially behind the pectorals, the breast muscles, which gives them support by connective tissue and the muscle itself (a special technique is the “internal bra” technique I mentioned in another article of this series!). Because of this support, the risk of sagging, bottoming out or having visible rippling is reduced to a minimum. This accommodation is generally considered enduring and stable over a complete lifetime. The resulting look is more natural and smoother than the “over the muscle placement” but can also look distinctly fake and bimboish with a high projection. Like already mentioned, the post-op recovery takes much more time than the beforementioned method and also the felt pain is much stronger in that period.
Breast lifting
Often, your surgeon will recommend you to have a breast lift in addition to your breast augmentation, at least if you got natural breast larger that a common B-cup and are older than 18 years. Over the years, or after a pregnancy, natural breast tend to become sagging and the tissue will weaken. This is absolutely normal, and happens to every girl that has more than said B-cup, and decides to not have a breast enlargement. In fact, countering this effect is one of the big advantages and benefits we discussed in our article about the necessity of plastic. In those cases, a bimbo will benefit from having the advised breast lift in conjunction with the main augmentation, because instead of downwards pointing nipples, stretched skin and saggy implants, a fuller, more appealing, young and bulging appearance with better cleavage can be achieved. Therefore, it is no wonder, that many surgeons do recommend getting a breast augmentation with an additional breast lift. Though it is advised to do this, if your surgeon does recommend so, there are a few things you should know: The stress for your breasts will be much larger, it will be more expensive, the recovery time you will need is much longer and there will be additional scars. However, these are just minor problems, compared to the far less appealing look of hanging implants. If your surgeons does recommend this, do it.
Scars
Scars were already the topic of a question I received on my tumblr page, to which I answered and said, that scars are sometimes regarded as something desirable in the bimbofication culture. However, this way of looking at it is, of course, a special fetish in this niche – most girls and most guys don’t want to have very pronounced scars, but they are inevitable more or less. There are different ways to actually get the implants in your breast, but what options do lie on the table depend on your body, the type and size of implants, your surgeon and other factors. No matter if you go with or without a breast lift and no matter what way the implant is inserted, some scars are somewhat necessary when it comes to bimbofication. Sure, todays plastic surgery is a miracle in itself, but still they can’t just teleport 1050cc of silicone in someones body. While many surgeons do a fantastic job in hiding scars, as long as there is a scalpel involved, there will still be scars. So, don’t think other bimbos are completely without any. Regarding the appeal of scars to some: Many bimbo lovers and fans in the bimbo culture do love scars. While I can’t speak for myself here, I do unterstand why many people in our scene have those feelings: Scars are an undeniable proof of your medical enhancement and your dedication. This is seen as some kind of a trophy and a turn-on for many people in the bimbofication culture. But for everyone who isn’t into this: Your scars can be reduced and mitigated over time. Scars tend to fade away over the years, depending on how big and how pronounced they are, and where on your body they are located. You can favor this effect by treating the scars in the right way from the very beginning. There are special anti-scar creams (ask your doctor!), and if you massage the scars with the products your surgeon gave you from the getgo on a daily basis and in the correct way, it is very possible that they will vanish in a very short amount of time. Lastly, there might be the option for a surgical scar revision to let them disappear, but you should have a talk with your surgeon about that! So – do know that scars are somewhat inevitable somewhere, more or less. But also do know, that there are methods to help them vanish, even the scars that come with a breast lift! Do your best to let them fade away.
Dangers and problems
Now to the unloved part. Listen, I do know, that many people, especially in the online bimbo community, that deals with fantasies, fiction and stupid roleplays, do think about breast enlargements in a way like this: Some girl drinks a magic potion / swallows some sci-fi pills / is under body-altering hypnosis / falls victim to a magic spell or curse / is connected to some kind of Frankensteinesque machine / some other, absolutely stupid reason – and her tits start to grow ludicrously to absurd sizes, in no time without any problems. As you should know, the PBA deals with REAL LIFE bimbofication only and therefore doesn’t want to have ANYTHING to do with this, escapist, unrealistic BULLSHIT! As someone who creates a blog dedicated to the very real and sophisticated topic of bimbofication, I feel, I have the absolute obligation to not only destroy everyones daydream about “easy bimbofication” and “carefree breast enlargements” and I see it as my duty to inform you of problems and dangers that come along with these procedures. In addition, I do think, that it is absolutely necessary to stay with ANY girl, that decided to become a bimbo doll, but faces or faced problems and difficulties on her way. It disgusts me to see people in the online bimbo community, that don’t only stretch out in these stupid fantasy worlds, but demand all girls to always get bigger implants without giving a single fuck about associated costs, dangers, problems and pain, or even CARE about girls that DID encounter problems, just because they wanted to become those perfect bimbo dolls we all love. Your restrained reactions regarding my rolemodel post about Dolly Fox are a prime example, and I am absolutely grossed out by that. Everyone who prefers to live in such fantasy worlds and/or doesn’t stand beside the girls we should adore and admire for what they are doing and what they have become, by helping or at least empathizing with them – is free to leave. I don’t want you here around. Thank you.
Getting perfect bimbo tits is costly, expensive, troublesome, painful and NOT trivial. RESPECT every girl who tries to achieve perfect bimbo tits! SUPPORT them, financially, emotionally, be understanding and providing! It is NOT like how it is told in those stupid fictional stories. It costs much money, time, energy and ambition. Do understand that, do your part and try to help where you can.
Nowadays, breast enlargements are considered very safe and sometimes even trivial. It is true, that the risk of encountering problems during a surgery is pretty low, so low it can be neglected in most cases – but don’t forget: It is still a real surgery, which is never to be taken careless! Bimbo girls like Amanda Aloha and others, did have problems during their surgeries, which could be solved – thankfully. Apart from that, the risk of getting post-op problems is very much higher, although those are pretty much never life-threatening (IF taken care of!). Things like implants bottoming out or sliding out of place, capsular contracture, badly healing wounds, infections and other inconveniences, however, can lead to the necessitation of the implants being removed for the time being and additional surgeries and medication. Many girls and bimbo rolemodels did encounter those problems: Dolly Fox, Candy Charms and Amy Anderssen, to name just a few! In absolute most cases, everything will turn out fine, so there is no reasons for any bimbo trainee to be scared. You can and should reduce the risk of getting problems by doing the following:
1. Live a healthy life! If you don’t smoke and are used to eat healthy and breast-tissue supporting foods, you can minimize the problems you might get after the surgery when it comes to healing wounds!
2. ONLY CHOOSE TRUSTWORTHY, EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL SURGEONS AND DOCTORS! This is BY FAR the greatest source of risk: Choosing dubious, inexperienced, unqualified and/or just bad doctors and surgeons! Do NOT spoil the ship for a ha’porth of tar! NEVER!
3. Listen to your doctor! If he is a professional and experienced – he will know what is the best for you. Just listen to him!
4. Pay attention to what you will be told regarding your post-op care! This will deal with antibiotics, changing the bandages, wearing a special bra, keeping everything clean and sterile, postures and actions you are allowed or not allowed to perform, etc.
5. Take care of your new breasts and take it easy over the time you are recovering!
6. Do followup examinations regularly (especially if you see/feel something change!)! Let a qualified doctor supervise your recovery!
These procedures will minimize all risks even further! So, there’s nothing preventing you from going out and getting the perfect bimbo tits!
That’s it. Next time we will conclude the topic of implants and “plastic tits” – stay tuned and stay with me!
